Returns :You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Before returning an item call us to get an approved RMA# and shipping address for your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging undamaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be shipped with a tracking number in order to ensure that they are not lost in the mail.
Exception: Dead on Arrival products can be returned for a replacement only with a new product. Please call us for RMA authorization and product verification before sending in a return for replacement. All original packing material, manuals and accessories MUST be included in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Restocking charges will be applied on all returns upto 30% of product MSRP or $50 CAD whichever is higher.You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
